Variation between drawings and actual field dimensions may require extra charges.
Acceptance of our quote means agreement to these terms. Terms of this document cannot be revoked by a later contract. This contract will take precedence in case of conflict with any other document.
Following items may change this quote; unacceptable contract or payment terms, any changes including, but not limited to design, quantities, scheduling etc. Quote is based upon information provided to us. Items not included are specifically excluded.
We require 15% for the shop drawings and another 10% for the molds.
Molds and shop drawings remain the property of Fiblast, LLC.
Interest in the amount of 18% per annum or maximum allowable by law, will be charged on any delinquent amount. Customer agrees to pay reasonable charges for collection, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, if the account is placed with an attorney or a collection agency.
We don’t do the following types of work: Installation, Unloading, asbestos removal, lead abatement, electrical work or work of other trades.
Customer to provide utilities, hoisting facilities, proper access to the jobsite and builders risk insurance.
PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30, With approved credit. Pay if paid or pay when paid are not allowed.
Cash In Advance for special orders and custom work, & new mold work. Terms are subject to credit approval and our credit policies.
All pricing is FOB Tuskegee, AL, freight if quoted is approximate and subject to change.
PRICE ESCALATION: The quote is subject to increase if the cost of raw materials increase by more than 20% over the amount quoted to us between the date of this Proposal and delivery of such products to us.In the event of such increases, and upon written documentation establishing the extent of the increase, the contract amount will be equitably adjusted.
